We welcome you as a visitor to the Community Deeds web site. Community Deeds was founded in September, 1999 and has been performing deed preparation services for the real estate industry since that time.

Our Mission
 
When we were founded, our corporate name was Deeds 4 Kids, Inc., and we were using the proceeds of our services to support the missions of youth organizations. Early in 2002, recognizing the need to broaden our support to include all non-profits serving our various communities, the name was changed to Community Deeds. 

Our Methods

We market our deed preparation services to the real estate industry, REALTORS®, builders, lenders, title companies and the general public. This marketing effort is carried out through direct contact with our supporters and through our web site

From each deed prepared (at a cost of $65.00) Community Deeds sets aside $25.00 to purchase "wish list" needs for our customers' designated non-profit organizations. An additional $5.00 supports adult and youth scholarships for high school seniors and adult clients of community service organizations. All support of the designated non-profits is done in the name of the Community Deeds Supporter.
